Hey Jeff, great questions. Answers below:

1. We build 3-4 links per month, per client included in our service. You can add on more if you need.
2. We publish an article, see where it indexes without us building links to it and then where it sits in combination w/ it’s keyword difficulty score will tell us how hard it is. For example, if something shows up immediately on page 1-3, it’s a really good sign right away that it shouldn’t require that many links. However, if it doesn’t show up at all, then we’ll know it’ll be an uphill battle and will require a lot of link building in order to show.
3. I don’t have this data averaged across clients. It’s also tough because many of the posts we create receive organic links to them as well.

Question about link building: On your pricing page you mention link building via guest posts.

How many links do you manually build per month in total?
How do you determine how many links are needed per article?
How many organic/natural links do your clients articles receive on average? (if you monitor it)?
