What You Get With G&C's Technical SEO Service

A diagnostic and implementation approach built for rankings and revenue, not generic audit reports.

Audits Prioritized by Business Impact

Most technical SEO audits dump 200+ findings on you with no clear priority. We rank issues by their actual effect on rankings and conversions, so your team fixes what moves the numbers first. We prioritize Indexability problems and JavaScript rendering errors before cosmetic issues like minor metadata inconsistencies. You leave the audit with a focused action plan rather than a deliverable that sits in a folder.

Implementation, Not Just Recommendations

Many agencies hand you a PDF report and walk away, leaving your team to interpret findings and figure out which ones matter. We coordinate directly with your dev team or implement fixes through your CMS ourselves. This means the recommendations actually ship, and the ranking gains we identified actually materialize.

Diagnose the Real Technical Problem

Ranking drops can come from content, technical issues, links, or algorithmic changes, and most agencies blame whichever service they sell. We diagnose the actual cause before recommending fixes. If your rankings dropped because of a content quality issue, we'll tell you that. If it's a crawl budget problem from an over-indexed site, we'll show you the data. The fix matches the diagnosis.

AI Crawlability and Citation Foundation

LLMs can only cite content they can access and understand. We make sure your site is crawlable by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, with clean HTML rendering, proper schema implementation, and accessible page structure. As AI search captures more organic visibility, the same technical foundations that help Google crawl your site help LLMs cite your content.

Overcome Technical Issues That Hold Websites Back

Most sites have specific technical patterns that hurt rankings, including blogs hosted on subdomains instead of subfolders, JavaScript-rendered content that Google struggles to parse, incorrect canonical tags across product pages, slow page speed from heavy marketing tech, and poor Core Web Vitals. We know which issues commonly affect website architectures and prioritize them in our audits.

End-to-End Technical SEO Execution

A technical SEO audit is the start of the work, not the deliverable. Our engagement covers diagnosis, prioritization, implementation, monitoring, and re-audits on a defined cadence. We catch new issues as your site evolves, like CMS updates that break canonicals or new feature pages with thin content, before they affect rankings.

Senior Technical SEO Expertise

Our technical work is led by experienced SEOs with 10+ years of experience auditing SaaS platforms, multi-location service businesses, and enterprise software sites. You're not getting audits downloaded from Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or other SEO audit tools and emailed to you for export. You're getting analysis from someone who's seen these issues before and knows which fixes drove which rankings.

We've handled technical SEO across B2B, SaaS, ecommerce, service businesses, and content publishers since 2016. That experience tells us which technical issues actually move rankings, which ones are noise, and how technical work fits into a broader content and link strategy. It also means we know when technical SEO isn't your bottleneck, so you don't have to pay for an audit you don't need.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Site audit tools surface issues, but they don't prioritize by business impact or diagnose what's actually causing ranking problems. For example, website audit tools flag missing meta descriptions and slow images, along with critical indexability issues, all with the same severity rating. Our audits go beyond just using these tools, i.e., we find issues that tools might not surface, and we apply judgment about which issues matter for your specific site, why your rankings are where they are, and what fixes will actually improve performance. We also implement the fixes, not just identify them.

Both work. If you have a dev team, we provide implementation tickets with specifics, including exact code changes, page locations, and acceptance criteria, then verify the fixes after deployment. If your site is built on a CMS we can access (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, HubSpot), we can implement it directly. We've worked with both setups across SaaS, ecommerce, and service businesses.

We do both. One-time audits work for companies that need an outside perspective on a specific issue, like a ranking drop or a site migration, and have an internal team to handle implementation. Ongoing engagements work for companies that want continuous monitoring, regular re-audits, and an external partner to handle implementation. Most G&C content marketing clients include technical SEO as part of a broader engagement, but we can also provide a standalone technical SEO service.

We evaluate every potential fix on three dimensions. We look at the actual ranking impact, the implementation effort required, and the risk of negative consequences. We document the reasoning so your team understands why we're recommending what we are.
